| Our aluminum wheels have been developed with a specific mission ? “Improving the lapping time in the racetracks.”. A forged single piece structure was chosen with the consideration of possible use in Super-TAIKYU race. In designing the wheel, we decided to use the twin spoke founded on the 6 spoke design which is very much standard in the racing scenes. By studying the faces and the lines of the wheel thoroughly in detail, we have created the design well-suited for both street and racetrack. All the following advanced forging technologies and unique standard of the RAYS Corporation have been adopted. “10,000 ton Forging”, “Molding form. Forged”, “RM8000”, and “JWL+R” whose strength standard surpasses JWL.
